I have about 25 things on a list but in order to share it with our people in the allowed time, I have narrowed it down to these 10 (highlighted) at this time. It will probably change a little more as next Sunday approaches.

1. My wife is the hidden gem of RSC
2. Vision will keep you going
3. It isn’t about me
4. Relevant and Creative church leads to changed lives
5. Teamwork DOES make the dream work
6. The local church IS the hope of the world
7. Stay focused no matter what or who stands in your way
8. Spiritual Warfare is real
9. Being in the will of God is dangerous
10. Be mean about your vision
11. You will screw up
12. Unchurched people “getting it” makes it all worth it
13. Confront disgruntled people fast
14. Don’t worry about what other churches, you are called to your church
15. A day off is a must and a sin if you don’t do it
16. Continue to learn
17. Move with the movers
18. Don’t focus on those not on board
19. Be yourself
20. Eternity hangs in the balance
21. The pastors life is the life in the fishbowl
22. Don’t be afraid to make changes
23. People want a “real” pastor
24. I love what I do
25. God is AWESOME
