Not sure about this…

My wife is sort of a health nut. She grinds her own wheat, all of our bread products, desserts, etc. she makes from whole wheat that she has grinded up into mush. She is big into growing her own junk in the garden, and that is fine. To be honest, I’m not really into it but she can do what she wants. I eat like crap every day so it is good to come home and eat healthy. Don’t get me wrong, it is a little weird. She won’t cook with ground meat, it has to be ground turkey, she won’t let us eat anything “white” like white rice and potatoes, and I have grown to deal with. After going to Greg’s last fall, all we are allowed to drink is green tea now. I could go on and on. :) Don’t get me wrong she isn’t Amish or anything, matter of fact she is pretty hot but, she just makes us eat weird food.

Like I said, I don’t eat very good during the day and I have actually gained a lot of weight since we started the church so I guess it is good she watches out for me.

BUT…I am thinking she has crossed the line now. We now have moved to only drinking raw milk only. What is raw milk? It is milk that goes straight from the cow to the bottle, you don’t pass go, you don’t collect $200. It is actually illegal to sale in Georgia so she and a couple of other ladies drive to South Carolina to get it. I actually had to buy another fridge just to hold it because she buys 12 gallons at a time because it is so far away.

I have avoided drinking it for two weeks now but she has made brownies tonight (from wheat) and how can you eat a brownie without milk? It appears to be very watery to me but they swear it is healthy.

I don’t know……
