Weird Feeling….

I was driving to church this week and I passed the school we met in when we first started. As I approached I saw the banner and I knew instantly what it was. It was a new church in town. This area is dying and going to hell so let me say up front that I am all for new church plants and I hope these guys make it and reach lost people like no one else.

BUT, I got to admit it was weird seeing another church in OUR building. Okay, it isn’t our building but that place was good to us and it brings about very fond thoughts. We had a AWESOME relatinship with the leadership there. I was surprised how jealous that I got that they were in the old school. It was funny, I hated that place when we were there but as I thought about it after seeing that sign, I have to admit we would not be where we are today without that old school that you can’t even see from the road.

After getting over my petty jealously, I prayed that God will give them as much blessing and favor as He showed us there.
