Driving home today I was flipping through the channels and a song on the country station caught my attention. It is by some band called Heartland, “I loved her first.”

Man, my Ashlyn is only 5 and better be about 20 years from getting married but she is Daddy’s girl and I got a stinking lump in my throat listening to the song. I had to download it and I feel like a big wuss now.
