Crazy Morning…

Today was a crazy morning.  I woke up with a splitting headache and by the second service I was dying with a cold.  Talking out your mouth with you can’t breathe out your nose is not fun.

Tim took a Sunday off to go hang out at New Spring and see their pre-service stuff.  Tim and I are so close that is just different for me when someone else is leading worship BUT Evan did a GREAT job.  Two years ago, Evan was barely good enough to be our back up guitar player but today he could lead worship in many churches.  He did a good job.

Add to the fact that in our crazy school system that it is winter break and we had a ton of people out of town and all that added up to one crazy Sunday.

However I felt like things (especially the second service) was freaking GREAT.  By the second service I was on some good cold medicine and let’s just say it was no holds barred.

I told our people today I was pumped up as I have ever been and this town hasn’t seen us push anything like we are about to.  Hang on because it is going to be a wild ride.
