The GREATEST Set-up Team Anywhere….Period.

I read somewhere the other day (I looked and can’t remember where) where someone was saying they were sick of hearing pastors say they have the best band, best children’s area, best whatever, etc.

Well, today I want to give a shout out to THE best set-up team in America.  To say we had a crazy morning would be an understatement.  We had done some work on our lighting truss this week.  It is about 40 feet long and broke down in four sections.  This morning they loaded it on the truck and the straps broke and the entire thing ended up on 575 all over the interstate.  Not only did they get it cleaned off the highway before other cars hit it, they got about 90% of it working enough to get us through the service.

The stuff was mangled to pieces and was beat to crap.  Yet, when I got there is morning it was awesome to see no one complaining, no one angry, but everyone bending lights back into shape, rewiring dimmer packs, and doing whatever it took to make things work.

Stuff like that happens when you are portable and that is life.  Guys, you rock for making this morning happen and making it happen ever week!
