Can’t Sleep

I’ve been up since about 3:30.  Not cool.  Avery has had a rough night and now he is asleep but I am awake.  I thought about going for a bike ride but I’m not sure that is the safest thing to do in the middle of the night so I am sitting here blogging.

Oh well.
