Why We Do What We Do…

Revolution Church — Gary on October 15, 2007 at 12:50 pm

Every week we get e-mails from people who talk about how much they enjoy Revolution and it occured to me today that YOU guys are responsible for so much of what they dig about the church. So I want to start sharing some of the letters from time to time just to remind you of why we do church the way we do it.

Keep up the awesome work!

My husband and I really enjoyed coming to your service on Sunday. I normally attend a local church and have for years tried to get my husband to attend with us (unsuccessfully). His family attends your services (The __________ and the _______ family) and has talked to him about your church for months. We were finally able to convince him to come this week and he truly enjoyed himself… So much so that he asked me if I would be willing to stop attending my church and go with him to yours (so that is a prayer answered in itself!) Thank you so much for having a church where everyone feels welcome and involved. (he stayed after the 10:30 service to help breakdown and talked all evening about the church and how surprised he was by how much he liked it)
We look forward to attending your church again this weekend… we are leaving Sunday to go out of town and he actually said he would like to attend service 1st before we leave… which I was happy to agree to. We have 3 children ages 16, 12 and 3… the 3 year old attended with us this past Sunday and we are hoping to get our 2 other children to come next Sunday…. Thanks again for giving our community a church that makes a difference.

Revolution, you guys are awesome and I love what God is doing here!!!
