About 90 days ago we basically moved our entire staff into new positions and redid our org chart.  The only people who didn’t move into new spots were me and my assistant, Taylor.  So, today we had 90 day reviews.  I was in meeting from 10:30 until 4:30.  Man, that is a lot of meetings.

We went over things that needed to be tweaked, things that can be improved, how we can go to the next level, etc.  The meetings were great and we are blessed to have the staff we have.  I love that our staff is so open to improving, they truly want to see lost people come to know Christ, and they enjoy working at Revolution.

Nothing really big changed today in regards to how we are staffed though we did a little tweaking.  As most of you know, Cheri resigned before around Thanksgiving to spend more time with her family, so we are still trying to figure out all the things she did.  We also officially changed  Adam’s position.  Over the last few months, he has morphed into video, graphics, and IT stuff way more then youth stuff.  So we changed his title today to Digital Pastor (the coolest title ever) and now he is full-time over video, graphics, web junk, IT stuff, etc.

Don’t worry, we are still going to kick it strong with our youth.  We are going to be asking some of our awesome volunteers to help out more in that area and help us take it to the next level.  It is going to rock!!
